I still remember those days where, as a child, I used to play with plasticine in pre-school. Though the smell left much to be desired, the joy of creating animals (especially snakes as they were so easy to shape and mold), vehicles and of course, food, more than made up for it. Hours and hours of fun just creating something out of lumps of colorful plasticine.
This is a long overdue post. Ever since I started breastfeeding my son, I have loved it even though I went through engorgement, sore nipples, blocked ducts and even a lump-scare. I want to record the joy and memorable moments of our bonding journey. Hence, this post.
Ever since my son got his first few Hot Wheels toy cars, he has been fascinated with cars. When he was younger, he was only interested in aeroplanes. Now, it is racing cars, police cars, fire trucks, etc.
Therefore, not too long after, his Dad got him a Fast Lane Parking Garage. And you should have seen how his face lit up and the “Wow! Wow! Wowww!” he kept exclaiming.
Before becoming a mother, I would wonder why parents let their kids shout and run around in a restaurant. I would wonder why parents let their kids cry loudly while they stood by or walk away. I would wonder why parents let their kids roll on the ground crying and flailing their little arms and legs. Were they bad parents?
